Thank you for shopping at Buy A Yoyo! We want to make sure your new throws, high-performance strings, and bearings reach you as fast and securely as possible. Below you will find the details of our domestic shipping operations, processing times, and rates.

1. Order Processing Times

We work hard to get your gear packed and out the door quickly so you can get back to practicing your combos:

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will generally begin processing the same business day.

  • Notification: You will receive another notification email automatically once your order has officially shipped, complete with tracking details.

⚠️ Please Note: Processing time is separate from actual shipping transit time. High-volume periods (such as major product restocks or festive seasons) may experience slight delays, and we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship nationwide. Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Shipping is completely free for all orders totaling ₹1,499 or above (before discounts are applied).

3. How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking link you can use to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier's system.

4. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

We want your items to arrive in pristine, un-dinged condition:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives with clear structural defects or packaging damage, please cross-reference our 24-hour return window rule and notify our customer service framework instantly with clear photos of the shipping box and internal product.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are unable to redirect packages or issue refunds for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address once they leave our facility.
