At Buy A Yoyo, we stand behind the quality of our gear. Please review our policy for returns and replacements below:

• 24-Hour Window: Returns and replacements are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only. We strictly cannot accept any requests after this 24-hour window has passed.

• Manufacturing Defects Only: We only replace or accept returns on items that arrive with a clear manufacturing defect. Standard wear-and-tear or damage from play (like dings or knots) is not covered.

• Individual Inspection: Every single case is inspected individually and handled on a one-to-one basis by our team to ensure fairness.
